🔑 How do I find or recover my license key?

Your license key is emailed to you immediately after purchase. If you ever lose your key or receipt, you can retrieve all your keys, invoices, and active activations anytime by logging into the Lemon Squeezy Order Portal using the email address you entered at checkout.

⏳ How does the 7-Day Free Trial work?

When you download and launch Apex Amp for the first time, you automatically get 168 hours (7 full days) of 100% unrestricted evaluation access. No credit card or account creation is required. Once the trial expires, you can purchase a license key online to permanently unlock the plugin.

💻 How many computers can I activate with one license?

Each Apex Amp license key allows activation on up to 3 personal machines simultaneously (e.g. your studio desktop, live laptop, and backup rig). You can manage or revoke device activations anytime via your Lemon Squeezy Customer Portal.

🎛️ What DAWs and Operating Systems are supported?

Apex Amp v1.0.0 is a 64-bit VST3 plugin for Windows 10 & 11, built to standard VST3 specifications for compatibility with VST3-compliant DAWs (such as Cubase, Ableton Live, FL Studio, Reaper, and Studio One). macOS AU/VST3 support is currently in development and will be released as a free update for existing license holders.

🎸 Does Apex Amp include a Standalone app or do I need a DAW?

Apex Amp includes both the VST3 plugin for DAWs and a dedicated Standalone desktop application (Apex Amp.exe). The standalone app lets you plug in your audio interface, choose low-latency ASIO or WASAPI drivers, map MIDI foot controllers, and start playing instantly without opening host recording software.
